I have a tank of 63 gallons with a DSB and two pistol-shrimps(Alpheus sp.). I like to observe these animals and I find them particularly useful to maintain sand clean and to avoid the phenomena of sand’s stratification. I know that you have some but in a volume much larger as mine. Is 2 animals of this type digging the ground permanently represent a risk for the correct activity of my sand bed?

I think that two [i:17uuba3e]Alpheus[/i:17uuba3e] in the volume of sand in your tank should be fine.
