Pour pouvoir participer à une enchère c'est très simple et très rapide. Suivez les étapes suivantes:

(1) Connectez vous à votre compte - Si vous n'êtes pas enregistré, vouc pouvez le faire en moins d'une minute.
(2) Allez sur la page de l'article désiré et mis aux enchères.
(3) En bas de la page de description de l'enchère vous avez un petit formulaire où entrer le montant désiré de votre enchère (vous pouvez également utiliser le lien "Enchérir sur cet article" qui vous mènera directement en bas de page, sur le formulaire d'enchère.
(4) Entrez le montant de votre enchère. Notez que vous devez enchérir d'un montant au moins égal à l'enchère minimum requise (indiqué à droite du formulaire).
(5) Cliquez sur le bouton "Enchérir".
(6) Vous êtes alors redirigé vers une page de confirmation de votre enchère. Une fois ceci fait, votre enchère sera enregistrée. Si le montant de votre enchère est end essous de la plus haute enchère proposée par un autre acheteur participant à cette dernière, vous serez invité à entrer une enchère plus élevée.

Les enchères sont de type "proxy". Cela signifie que lorsque vous entrez une enchère, le montant n'est pas affiché directement sur le site mais enregistré (seul le palier d'incrémentation immédiatement inférieur est affiché).
Les enchères "proxy" vous permettent d'avoir plus de chance de remporter l'enchère au dernier moment. Pour placer une enchère de type proxy, entrez le montant maxi que vous êtes prêt à payer pour l'article en question. Siu un autre acheteur place une enchère sur cet article, une enchère automatique sera placée de votre part et en accord avec votre montant maxi. Avec les enchères proxy, vous payez le prix le plus bas tant qu'un autre acheteur n'a pas placé une enchère supérieure.

Il y a un autre moyen existant pour remporter l'article d'un seul coup : l'option "Achat Immédiat".
Le montant de l'Achat Immédiat est un montant pour lequel le vendeur est ok pour vendre son article tout de suite et sans passer par un système d'enchères classique. Il est fixé par le vendeur. Si vous êtes en accord avec ce prix, cliquez sur le bouton "Achat Immédiat" (affiché sur la page de détails de l'article et uniquement si le vendeur a paramétré cette option pour l'article en question). Après avoir cliqué sur ce bouton, vous serez redirigé vers une pag de confirmation. Sur une enchère standard, cette action clôture instantanément à l'enchère et vous la remportez d'office. Sur une enchère de type Hollandaise vous pouvez entrer le nombre d'articles que vous désirez acheter (en fonction du nombre disponible) : si vous achetez un nombre inférieur d'articles que le total disponible, l'enchère continuera avec le nombre d'articles restant. Vous remportez bien évidemment les votres.

Une fois enregistré, vous serez en mesure de vendre vos articles sur le site.

Pour cela cliquez sur l'icône du haut "VENDRE". Vous serez alors redirigé sur une page où vous pourrez sélectionner la catégorie principale dans laquelle vous souhaitez vendre. Cette étape a été faite pour simplifier le choix de la sous-catégorie. Aucun article ne peut être vendu dansnune catégorie principale. Vous devrez ensuite choisir une sous-catégorie pour votre article.

La seconde étape consiste à entrer les détails de votre article (paramètres, description, moyens de paiement etc.) et de choisir la ou les catégories dans (les)laquelle vous souhaitez que votre article apparaisse. Vous pouvez télécharger une ou des images pour votre article, ceci gratuitement.

Dans la section "paramètres de l'enchère", vous pouvez choisir le type d'enchère, le prix de départ, activer ou nom l'option d'Achat Immédiat et le prix de résèrve.

Vous devrez également choisir l'incrément d'enchère (valeur mini à entrer pour chaque nouvelle enchère sur votre article) : personnalisé ou selon la table d'incrément standard du site. Si vous choisissez la personnalisée, vous devrez entrer une valeur d'incrémentation.

Entrez les différentes options pour votre article et la durée de l'enchère.

Et enfin entrez votre localisation. La page d'après (bouton "Suivant") vous permet de prévisualiser votre enchère avant de la soumettre. Si tout est en ordre, cliquez sur "Soumettre" et vous serez dirigé vers la page de paiement sécurisée. Si aucune taxe n'a a être réglée vous irez directement à la page de confirmation. L'enchère est activé sitôt la taxe réglée, instantanément.

Registration is simple and only takes a matter minutes. To start the signup process, click on the “register” link at the top of this page. Only users with the age over 16 years are able to register.

The next step is to fill in all your information, failure to supply all the required information will result in an error.

By clicking on the “Register” button from the bottom of the page, you will be redirected to a page with a link to the payment gateway if the signup fee is activated, or to a confirmation page, if signup is free.

Your account will be activated instantly if there is no signup fee, or once the payment has been confirmed by the payment gateway.

Members Area

Once you have successfully logged in using the login forms from the main page or from the login page (click on the “login” button from the page header), you will be redirected to the members area page. This page is divided into four tabs:

a. Bidding

On this page, you will be able to see the items your currently bidding on, as well as the status of the bids, items you have won, and watched items. By clicking on the “Auction Watch” link, you will be able to add keywords for auctions your interested in. An email will be sent to your email address every time an auction that will contain the keyword in its name or description will be submitted.

By clicking on the “View Details” link from the Won Items area, you will be able to see the details of the seller, and make contact with him in order to perfect the sale.

b. Selling

There are three areas available on this page.

The “My Opened Auctions” area, where you will see details of auctions you currently has open; if no bids were submitted yet on an open auction, you are able to edit the auction.

The “My Closed Auctions” area, where you will see the auctions submitted by yourself, and that were closed. You can choose to edit, delete or re-list a closed auction.

On the “Sold Items” area, you will see the items you have sold, and by clicking on the “View Details” link, you will be redirected to a page where you will see the details of the buyer. If an end of auction fee is set from the admin area, then the seller will have to pay for the end of auction fee in order for you to see the buyer details.

If, after the seller has contacted the bidder, and no sale has been made, you can claim back the end of auction fee. By clicking on the “Claim back end of auction fee”, a claim back request will be sent to the site’s administrator, and will be evaluated for fee refunding.

c. Feedback

From this page, you will be able to see the feedbacks you have received, and leave feedbacks to other users.

d. Personal Info

You can edit your personal information using this page, except for your username. You can also change the password for the account. If the password and confirm password fields are left empty, and then the password will remain the same.

On a Dutch Auction, the auctioneer has more items of the same product for sale. The bidder will enter a maximum bid he is willing to pay for an item, and the number of items he wants to purchase. The highest bidder(s) will receive the number of items they have bid on, and the remaining bidders will receive the number of items still available. Buyers are able to bid more than once for the same item.

Once a sale has been processed, both the seller and the buyer will be able to leave feedbacks for each other. The feedback rating is from one star to five stars, and a feedback comment can also be left. The feedback can be left from the “Feedback” tab from the Members Area. The feedback can only be left once, and it cannot be edited afterwards.

The site admin will reserve its right to delete malicious or untrue feedbacks.

The item watch features lets you keep a close eye on any auction without having to place a bid on it. This feature means you can be kept up to date on how an auction is doing and prepares you to place a winning last minute bid. You can watch any auction by clicking on the “Watch this item” link on any auction page.

The auction watch features notifies you of newly listed auctions which contain “keywords” you have chosen. For example if you are looking for a “Playstation 2” you could enter in those keywords from within your member’s area. Each time a new auction is listed containing the term “Playstation 2” you will be notified via this web-site. You can enter in as many keywords as you like.
